Treasure Valley Trades ("we," "us," or "our") operates a contractor referral service at treasurevalleytrades.com. By using our website or submitting a service request, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Our Service

We connect homeowners in the Treasure Valley area with licensed, insured contractors for plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services. We are a referral service, not a contractor. We do not perform any construction, repair, or installation work ourselves.

3. No Warranty on Work Performed

While we verify that every contractor in our network holds a valid Idaho license and carries general liability insurance, we do not guarantee the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work performed by contractors. Any agreement, warranty, or dispute regarding the work itself is between you and the contractor.

We encourage you to:

• Verify the contractor's license at dbs.idaho.gov
• Request a written estimate before work begins
• Confirm the contractor's insurance covers your project

4. Free Service for Homeowners

Our referral service is completely free for homeowners. We do not charge you any fees for submitting a service request or being connected with a contractor. Contractors pay us a referral fee — this does not affect the price you pay for their services.

5. Accuracy of Information

By submitting a service request, you confirm that the information you provide (name, phone number, service needed, city) is accurate and truthful. We reserve the right to decline service requests that contain false or misleading information.

6. Response Times

We aim to connect you with a contractor within 2 hours of receiving your request. However, response times may vary based on contractor availability, time of day, and demand. We do not guarantee a specific response time.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Idaho law, Treasure Valley Trades shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Work performed by contractors in our network
• Delays in connecting you with a contractor
• Any dispute between you and a contractor
• Inaccuracies in information provided by contractors

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
